Crucian Coconut Festival

Each December, the Crucian Coconut Festival welcomes visitors and vendors from the U. S. Virgin Islands and abroad to celebrate the wonders of the coconut. Guests enjoy curated exhibits of agriculture, commerce, fine arts, horticulture, crafts, fashion, and food.  The coconut is a Caribbean identifier and is woven into the fabric of Virgin Islands culture. The festival is an ode to farmers who work hard everyday to preserve the historical and agricultural legacy of the coconut and many other indigenous flora of the Virgin Islands.

The Crucian Coconut Festival also signals the opening of the Crucian Christmas holiday season. The highly acclaimed event brings together the community for a weekend filled with food, entertainment, and fun for the entire family.

The festival is held on the historic Estate Bethlehem Sugar Factory site and is organized by the St. Croix Farmers in Action.
