We finally stopped by The Waffle Burger, and yeah… the hype is deserved. The truck itself is bright, bold, and hard to miss, and the seating area was a pleasant surprise — casual, comfortable, and perfect for hanging out while your food’s being made. There was a steady flow of customers the whole time, which is always a good sign 👀
What we tried:

AJ’s Sammy – a juicy fried chicken sandwich with a creamy, flavorful slaw that balanced everything perfectly. Crispy, tender, messy in the best way.

Single Waffle Burger (double patty) – super flavorful, juicy, and satisfying. The beef was seasoned well, cooked right, and stacked just how a smash-style burger should be.

And let’s talk about the buns for a second — soft, buttery, and waffle-pressed in the most creative way. They’re not just a gimmick; they actually elevate the whole sandwich. Loved that.
Everything on the menu looks good, so this definitely won’t be a one-and-done visit. Next up on our list: the New York–style chicken over rice, which we’re especially excited about those Middle Eastern–inspired flavors 👀🔥
