Learn how we handcraft the freshly squeezed cane juice into sugar cane spirits in our Vendome copper pot stills. In our thoughtfully remodeled and air-conditioned Farmhouse Bar & Tasting Room, sample our freshly made spirits. Enjoy views of the sea, the idyllic farm, and grand mahoganies and an ambiance built by preserving centuries-old old hand-hewn beams. Our beautiful mahogany bar was created by local craftsmen.
